ordinance violations, or moving traffic violations; to specify a penalty
for certain violations; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other
purposes

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
GEORGIA: |

SECTION 1. |

Code Section 40-6-315 of the Official Code
of Georgia |

Annotated, relating to headgear and
eye-protective devices |
| 1-11 |
for motorcycle riders, is amended by
adding a new subsection |
| 1-12 |
(e) to read as follows: |
| 1-13 |
"(e) A violation of this Code section
shall not be a |
| 1-14 |
moving traffic violation for purposes of
Code Section |
| 1-15 |
40-5-57." |
| 1-16 |
SECTION 2. |
| 1-17 |
All laws and parts of laws in conflict
with this Act are |
| 1-18 |
repealed. |
